Is Life Insurance Fake?

The basis of other people why they tend to say that life insurance is fake, is rumors. They heard that their neighbor wasn't able to get the claim. Why does that happen?

Declined claims doesn't mean Life Insurance Policy is fake. There are different circumstances why application for claim wasn't granted. Here are some of the list:

• Misstatement or Misrepresentation - Upon application of insurance, the applicant did not state all necessary information that affects the insurability of him or the life to be insured.

• Concealment - If medical conditions were being concealed for the sake of approval, insurance company will definitely decline the claim and will return the premiums paid.

• Contestable Period - There is a 2-years contestable period for every policy. It means that the death claim is subject for investigation. If there are no misrepresentation or concealment done, Insurance Company will grant the claim.
